Safety is everyone’s responsibility & at RoLo Projects, we understand that a strong safety culture starts from the top. Our commitment to safety never stops. Our leaders encourage all our staff, clients, contractors, consultants and visitors to ‘Think Safety, Act Safety’ on site and in our office, to ensure that they return home safely each and every day.

We employ numerous safety-related policies and frameworks to ensure safe work practices, from SWMS and toolbox meetings to online dashboards and reporting.

We continuously review and improve our safety system to ensure it exceeds industry standards and aligns with our company’s safety goals.

As part of our safety in design responsibility, we undertake design reviews to minimise any risks across all project phases including demolition, construction, operation and maintenance.

We take sustainability seriously and are working towards building a greener future.

We actively identify and use recyclable resources wherever possible, and source sustainable products and services.

In addition, we proactively take the necessary steps across all of our sites to reduce resource consumption.

We also ensure that noise, vibration, dust and other contaminants are kept to a minimum, especially in sensitive locations (such as food preparation and consumptions zones) to reduce disruption to ongoing operations.

Quality is our watchword at RoLo Projects.

We operate a ‘no compromise on quality’ policy on work practices to ensure we consistently deliver superior quality on every project.

Quality is managed through project specific quality management plans, inspection test reports (ITPs) and milestone inspections for each project, based on our market-leading in-house quality management processes.

In addition to this, our director Rocco is responsible for the monitoring, reviewing and upkeep of performance management – personally ensuring a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
